Hardware upgrades will be taking place during this overnight maintenance window on the 18th January 2020. There will be a short outage expected to last no longer than 30 minutes while upgraded hardware is being installed.
Please note this maintenance window will only affect customers on the new CallSwitch platform. Customers on the legacy (voip.spectronics.co.uk) platform will not be affected.
